Distilled traditionally, with many botanicals including some plants from own growing.
For the tasting, some original notes make this gin special. With a touch of juniper, you discover with astonishment fresh touch of pepper mint and lemony Melissa, two plants cultivated by the distillery. Other more exotic ingredients construct the blending: pepper from Jamaica, ginger, etc.
To taste pure and ice-cold to discover this subtle plants balance or of course with a tonic and in cocktails.

The French Gastronomy festival will take place from 21st to 23rd March 2019. The Musée des Eaux de Vie and the Brasserie du Pays Welche organize a show at the brewery to highlight the knowhow of our artisans from Lapoutroie: beer, spirits, munster cheeses, dairy products, pastries, jams, goat cheeses, snails, etc.
